In recent years,in the circumstances of overcapacity and difficult profit earning in iron and steel industry,iron and steel enterprises are taking various measures to reduce production costs in case of expand profit.Besides putting a lot of effort to reduce the production costs,improve product quality and expand sales,many steel companies focus on the reform of traditional logistic mode to gain more profit in logistic field.Compared with the developed countries with mature sales logistics system,the level of information,automation and intelligent of distribution logistics is still low in our country at the moment,it seems that it is quite urgent to start the construction of internet,mobile technology and the internet of things technology to meet the needs of business development in terms of new type logistic management and service system.This paper is based on the reality demand,particularly focus on internet technology in iron and steel sales management systems in terms of enterprise's management structure,system technical architecture,functional architecture and matching logistics demand,key logistics scheduling and technology research,and implementation of the design and performing of the system.Aiming at the current sales process in terms of complex process,information islands,inefficient collaboration problem,to have a overall scheme design from the angle of management,technology and function system to provide regulation and technology guarantee to the performing of the system platform.Aiming at the empty return and car goods not matching problems that caused by the lack of supply and demand of information communication in the logistics transportation,and proposed to establish the logistics demand matching model based on personalized recommendation technology to match the logistics demand with capacity of intelligent.Aiming at the conflicts between customers' individuality demand,transportation cost expectations and overall enterprise logistics resources deployment,and proposed to build a scheduling model based on constraint and the algorithm of Dijkstra to realize automated scheduling and solve the problems in terms of the optimal configuration of logistics resource allocation with individually customer demand.In conclusion,based on the Anshan e-commerce construction projects,the study on sales logistics management system content has carried on the system design and makes a preliminary implementation and verificatio n.The implementation of system is aim to provide a logistics management and logistics service platform for enterprise,to provide information,intelligent,automation platform support for enterprise's logistics operations,to provide platform services of business cooperation and information sharing and resource integration for logistics service providers,drivers and iron and steel traders to other parties in the logistics industry chain,and forming a multi-win-win situation of iron and steel sales logistics ecosystem.
