Along with the information technology advancements and economicglobalization develop rapidly, the steel industry has been gradually from the highlyplanned production oriented single varieties production model to a market economyoriented multi variety and small batch production mode; the production process isslow, logistics cost is too high, the delivery cycle is long, the ability to resist riskcharacteristics, determination of the iron and steel industry is still a huge logisticsmanagement optimization of space, but it also faces to improve difficulty majorcharacteristic. Therefore how to integrate enterprise ’s internal resources, theimplementation of information flow, logistics and fund flow stream synchronization,become the iron and steel enterprises how to improve the ability to adapt to changesin market demand, and realize the enterprise profit the key. At present the domesticiron and steel industry: status quo and future development trend, put forward a newsolution to the iron and steel industry--logistics control system.In this paper, taking Xiangtan iron and steel factory logistics control systemproject as a specific application case, from system development framework,application technology, main function and other aspects of the system studies, putforward to accord with current our country iron and steel industry new developmentsolutions. The main work is as follows:1.On the current China’s iron and steel industry, the existing management modeand information system applications in the existing problems and shortcomings, andaccording to the domestic steel industry research and development experience withthe current steel informatization needed solution related question carries on thesystem analysis.2. According to the iron and steel industry logistics control system theory,combined with China’s iron and steel industry, the existing characteristics, putforward to build in metallurgy standard based logistics management system designthought, key technology and the whole frame structure solution.3.In view of the current domestic and international logistics control system keytechnologies for in-depth study, and proposed the corresponding solutions. Mainlyinclude: association based on multilevel metallurgy standard coding, automaticgeneration of master production schedule, work order and the order of correlation and production process scheduling.4.Combined with Hunan Xiangtan iron and Steel Company Limited businessneeds, the company logistics management system of the overall framework of theapplication and related functions to achieve, finally realizes the process control,production control, metallurgical process management, and Oracle database and ERPsystem integration.In this paper, for the iron and steel industry of our country control convergencethis paper puts forward the solution, the establishment of the rapid market responsemechanism, the production of more refined, shorten product production logistics cycle;by metallurgical standard system construction and supervision and management,production quality to achieve the full dynamic tracking; through to the iron and steelenterprise survival of the product specification code, production process specificationcode compilation principle and the research of coding system, to achieve a " customerorder tracking, reaction time of agile logistics management objectives", strengthen theinternal management and the monitoring, improvement and Optimization in iron andsteel enterprise management architecture.
