High-concentration photovoltaic (HCPV) power station was good example of green low carbon energy and attracted more and more attention. The information degree of station was playing an important role. HCPV power station supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system reasonably managed station resource, acquired real-time information, monitored the generating capacity and analyzed historical data. All these functions helped to increase the information transparency, to predict generation and benefit and ensured the safety of the station, which were of great significance.Industrial SCADA system based on Ethernet developed rapidly and generally became open and modularization. This paper focused on data acquisition and management module and proposed scheme of resource management and big data acquisition module based on rule engine. We defined a tree structure for all the resource and data objects by the use of configuration files, which satisfied ITU-T X.721standard and was convenient for dynamic resource configuration and data management. With the help of Jess rule engine, the status of the process of data acquisition transited correctly to another status, the business logic was reasonably kept and business logic and application codes were separated. The rule engine improved the visual degree of the business logic and enhanced the security and validity of the acquisition flow. In this research, the big data acquisition flow and the rules were described by predefined language, performance data and alarm data were collected, which helped verify the security of the SCADA system and improved the performance.
