In order to master production schedule in time, reduce the defective rate,improve production technology, achieve the maximization of the production materials,managers hope to monitor on the operation of CNC system remotely. With the supportof national major projects fund, this topic has done a lot of research and developmentwork for CNC system remote monitoring.Firstly, this thesis summarizes the research status of CNC machine tool monitoringtechniques home and aboard, analysis the current problems of supervisory control anddata acquisition system, elaborate the prospects and market signification of supervisorycontrol and data acquisition system. Secondly, this thesis introduce the softwarearchitecture and development processes of pvbrowser, and experimental has verified theadvantages of the embedded pv://protocol over the http protocol in transmission.Thirdly, this thesis advance a method to streamline software dependencies and addsupport for MIPS in assembler, realize the transplant the halcmd to Godson2F platform,and given the run renderings on Godson2F. To solve the problem of heterogeneous inCNC system, this thesis use hardware abstraction layer technology, by separatinghardware-related code and hardware-independent code, design the data acquisitionagent. After that, this thesis designed TCP concurrent server based on select models,introduce the thread pool technology to shorten the response time of the server, greatlyimproved server performance. Lastly, this thesis design fault information database; themonitoring module has been developed using pvdevelop tool. |
