SCADA system with data acquisition, device control, measurement, parameter adjustment and a variety of signal alarm and other functions, has been widely applied in various fields. In SCADA system, with the increase of the diversity of data and a variety of statistical information, and people need more than just the data listed, but also hope that all kinds of contrast and data analysis to facilitate professionals to make decisions, which make analysis and management of historical and real-time data becoming important increasingly.Data analysis platform, as an important part of the SCADA system, manages SCADA system data. This project is to design a Web-based SCADA data analysis platform, focusing on the SCADA system data analysis. We try to make the SCADA database data respond and generate quickly and safely, improving its flexibility, usability and security. Then, the design of SCADA data analysis platform is actually used in highway monitoring system, achieving real-time monitoring of the various sections and the pooled analysis of the various traffic data. Firstly, we compare C/S and B/S software architecture, Oracle database and SQL Server database to choose the right software architecture, database and software development environment. Then, we make a specific demand analysis according to the general design requirements. Through needs analysis, we clear design goals, hardware, software environment, the specific breakdown of the various functional modules, and function of each module. Then, we design data analysis software platform and hardware architecture, focusing on a variety of data, data analysis, specifically classified as a data type, data dimensions, data measurement and data table structure.Finally, the data analysis platform is put into use in Chongqing high-speed network monitoring center. After debugging, the platform runs stable. Real-time data and historical data show correctly, and various functions meet the design requirements. It has a certain value in engineering.
