Nowadays most people’s attention is paid to the new energy and clear energy resources area in the world. Along with the rapid development of technology, photovoltaic technology is well known as a clear energy and widely used. The information management of the power station and data acquisition and monitoring system is the most important key to the station operation. Supervisory control and data acquisition system of SCADA has advantage in many aspect such as equipment resource management, data collection and analysis, equipment condition monitoring, historical data statistics. Therefore, SCADA is the preferred implementation scheme of power management system.Nowadays the power station generally has large scale, which has a large amount of equipement. The function of mass data acquisition and statistical has put forward higher requirements to management system. At the same time, in order to improve the expansibility of the management system and make the system can adapt to change of structure of power station, this paper puts forward a kind of configurable model of SCADA system. After we did analysis and research of SCADA system and Investigate mainstream distributed system and design idea of message oriented middleware, general function modules for SCADA are designed. With reference to module decoupling method in Spring and other mainstream framework, the modules are designed to run Independently. Finally we programed and realized the distributed data acquisition and monitor system with configurable model.The system designed in this paper has put into use in real power station. It has provided the stable ability to collect data and efficient management and data processing ability. The system can also adapt to change of equipment scale, which show the good expansibility.
