As the rapid development of science and technology nowadays, intelligent hardware has been applied in a wide range of fields. In order to meet the individualized, diversified and trendish customer needs, intelligent hardware usually choose the Multivariety, Small batch and Order(MSO) mode of production.This dissertation targets at the processing of multi-variety small batch orders’ combination in a small batch production environment, with the assistance of Extend Sim software to carry out simulation modeling and analysis. In order to provide company Y’s products with orders’ combination production strategy, based on company Y’s products data, through 4 sectional modules of batch orders’ combination, production planning, parts production and products assembly to perform simulation of Y company products, thus to find the optimal product orders’ combination strategies to achieve optimum batch order response time. The impact of changes in the parameters of the model on the simulation results is also discussed. The results show that most of the factors of production and order response time for optimal results are positively correlated, however, with different degrees of sensitivity. The simulation analysis of orders generated intervals’ single factor alteration illustrates that shorter order intervals take longer orders’ combination time to secure the optimal batch order response time.
