Because of the cruel market competition,the quality become more and more important to development of enterprise,how to improve the quality has being the most important job for enterprise. In addition,along with the diversification and individuation of customer demand, enterprise prefers short-run production to volume-production. The character of small-batch production is lack of data and product quality information. Therefore, it is difficult to apply traditional Statistical Process Control efficiently and effectively under the pattern of short-run production. So there is a necessity to study the Quality Control in small-batch production and put forward a more efficient method.Firstly, the paper introduce the theory basis of Statistical Process Control, which includes the Process Ability, theory and use method of Histogram, theory and sort of control chart.Then,basic on the analyse of the characteristic of short-run production,the paper analyzes theories of methods for short-run production quality control,which includes Relative Warp Chart,short-run production X-R chart,Q Control Chart and Cumulative Sum Control Char, then contrast all the methods excellence and disadvantage.Secondly, the paper lucubrates quality control method base on Bayesian that is one of the most prospect method.The paper also introduce how to apply the Bayesian forecasting theory to the quality control of multi-type and small-batch products, optimizes the control parameter, then stuy how to optimize parameters,study the dynamic model,parameters estimation and intervention.Moreover, the paper analyze client's requirement for the Multi-Specification and Small-Batch Quality Control,then design the short-run production quality control system which includes choose data-base and programme language, analyze the flow of the system and design the structure of Multi-Specification and Small-Batch Quality Control,design data-base, design the system's structure,choose appropriate data-base visited technology.Finally, basing on the theory and technology which introduced above, the Multi-Specification & Small-Batch Quality Control is designed. In addition, the paper provide suggests for the future research of Multi-Specification & Small-Batch Quality Control.
