The Application Research Of SPC On Multi-Specification&Small-batch Quartz Crystal Oscillator

Quartz crystal oscillator are widely used in missiles, satellites,and other aerospace products. With the development and advances in technology, The quality requirements on quartz crystal oscillator used by aerospace products are also increasing. But the existing methods on quality control don’t yet quantitatively involve in its manufacturing processes.Therefore, it’s necessary to quantitatively research the manufacturing processes and the methods of quality control. The purpose of this study is to use statistical process control (SPC) technology and its multi-specification&small-batch methods to collect,process and analysis the manufacturing processes of quartz crystal oscillator used by aerospace products,then evaluate and improve the manufacturing processes, reduce the abnormal fluctuations in the processes, and ultimately continue to improve the product quality.This thesis discusses the purpose and significance of the SPC research on multi-specification&small-batch quartz crystal oscillator used by aerospace products and introduces the basic principles and application status of SPC by reviewing the development process of SPC and its application on multi-specification&small-batch productions.By reviewing the characteristics of manufacturing processes and quailty management on quartz crystal oscillator used in aerospace products,contrasts and determines the key manufacturing processes as the research objects, analysises and determines the optimal sampling plan of each key manufacturing process, argues and determines the appropriate multi-specification&small-batch control chart,describes the method of evaluating process capability index,and ultimately obtains the management methods and processes of SPC on multi-specification&small-batch quartz crystal oscillator.Through a period of the running of SPC,this thesis compares and analysises the different results between before-running time and after-running time,which verifies the validity of the SPC on multi-specification&small-batch.After that,this thesis optimizes the management parameters of SPC,improves the management system,ensures the stability of the manufacturing process and improves the quality of product.
