With the rapid development of aerospace enterprises in recent years,their product types continue to increase,the existing machine group layout of the production plant can no longer meet the production of multi-variety and small batch products,need to be transformed into a more flexible cell layout.However,cell layout tends to have higher logistics costs,and workshop layout optimization is an important factor affecting workshop logistics costs.Therefore,how to effectively solve the problem of the production workshop layout optimization of multi-variety and small batch aerospace enterprises has an important impact on reducing logistics costs and improving production efficiency.Based on this,a multi-variety and small batch aerospace typical complex components production workshop as the object,in depth analysis of the workshop product structure and process information,systematic research workshop layout optimization methods,the specific research content is as follows:(1)A manufacturing cell layout planning method based on the feature bit code domain method and K-Means++ is proposed for the problem of frequent product mold changes and long production cycles on the production workshop of multi-variety and small batch aerospace enterprises.overcoming the influence of traditional manufacturing cell division generated by the initial clustering center.Apply SLP to plan the inter-cell layout to solve the problem of dividing manufacturing cell in the production plant of multi-variety and small batch aerospace enterprises,and realize the inter-cell layout of the production plant of multi-variety and small batch aerospace enterprises.(2)A reconfiguration layout optimization method based on improved fruit fly optimization algorithm is proposed for the serious problem of logistics crossover in the production workshop of multi-variety and small batch aerospace enterprises.A multi-objective reconfigurable layout optimization model with logistics cost,reconfiguration cost,loss cost and comprehensive area of cell minimization as the objectives is established,and a non-dominated ranking mechanism is introduced and a random search method is added on the basis of the original fruit fly optimization algorithm.Solving the multi-objective dynamic workshop layout optimization problem and realize the reconfigurable layout optimization of production workshop of multivariety and small batch aerospace enterprises.(3)To verify the applicability of the proposed reconfigurable layout optimization model and the improved Drosophila optimization algorithm,a simulation model based on Plant Simulation for a multi-variety and small batch aerospace enterprise production plant is constructed and simulated and analyzed before and after the optimization scheme.Determine the simulation entities such as products,equipment and orders,establish simulation logic by applying Simtalk simulation language,solve the problem of dynamic evaluation of workshop reconfiguration layout,and realize the simulation of production workshop of multi-variety and small batch aerospace enterprises.
