Quality Tracing Of Military Electronic Components Based On Small-batch And Multi-varieties

With the development of technology and the growing requirement of individual products, the mode of production of military electronics elements is changing to small-batch and multi-varieties mode. In this production mode, the conditions of production is complex and changeable, the disturbance factors related to process increasing rapidly, such as man, machine, method and environment. The phenomena of reworking and revising are very frequent. For, the traditional management mode, it is difficult for quality professionals to trace analysis and confirm the quality of the related parts. Consequently, improve the tracing ability of process quality for production process of enterprise means provide reliable quality products, and enhance the competitive power of enterprises.In this paper, the traceability of product’s quality military electronic components is researched based on the quality tracing of multi-varieties and small-batch.First of all, based on the analysis about the present situation and research of the quality tracing, the content and connotation of product traceability is analyzed and the organization of product traceability and quality traceability system points are discussed.Then the key technologies of quality tracing are analyzed, which content traceability strategies, the execution state system of statistical indicators of order, product quality and traceability which is based on product batches, an important technology of the data acquisition program——RFID. The execution state system of statistical indicators of order, which content the execution state of order, procurement status, process status, assembled state is analyzed emphatically.Finally, the traceability of product’s quality military electronic components based on the quality tracing of small-batch and multi-varieties is researched. Based on the analyzed the manufacture factors of small-batch and multi-varieties enterprises, the manufacture factors of military electronic components enterprises is discussed and the process of tracing is classified. Then the traceability system model is established and the tracing processes is discussed.In this paper the quality traceability system is analyzed systematically, and the model of quality tracing system of military electronic components based on small-batch and multi-varieties is established. Then, the running process of the system processes is introduced, which provided methods of thinking and theoretical direction of improving the quality tracing of military electronic components.
