The Research And Design Of The Multimedia Scheduling Syste Mof Yanzhou Mine

With the development of coal enterprises, requirements of the operation and dispatchingis also increasing. In order to provide information support to work-safety and importantdecisions, and to make the safety dispatch system to process application and exchangeinformation systematically, normatively and automatically and make the decision of managerwith more scientific information, we designed an advanced, full-featured multimediacommand system with applicable, rich, comprehensive and timely video, data and textmessages, which also can improve efficiency of scheduling and management greatly.In this paper, we researched the status of multimedia scheduling communication systemof Yanzhou Mine, analyzed the features of the specific needs of multimedia scheduling inNGN, studied the key technology of multimedia scheduling communication, established themodel of this system, also analyzed the processing of this business and designed the networkof multimedia scheduling communication of Yanzhou Mine. In the same time, we designedthe display and control system, the data monitor and command system and voice dispatchingsystem, which focuse to make the function of display, control, data monitoring system andvoice command system effectively. We have proved that the Yanzhou Mine system is stable tomonitor data in real-time after one-year test. Through the network of multimedia schedulingsystem , not only can we understand the production of Yanzhou Mine completely, but also canquery data, analyze curves and print report elastically, which meet the business needs ofmanagers at all levels. This network is easy to expand by increasing interface of software andhardware, which upload the monitoring data to corporation, the screen of control room candisplay the basic function of this system. The whole design provided a preference tomultimedia dispatch system of Mine business.
