Multimedia wireless video watch-control system is an integrated system which integrated with computer technology and information collection technology and wireless transmission technology for the data and image processing technology. It has been widely used for some areas, including building, park, mobile user, etc.Multimedia wireless video watch-control system and wireless network video camera have been designed based on the Hi-320 chip. The artificial neural network technique is used. Research and simulation of symbol image recognition techniques have been completed based on several supervised learning of associative neural networks and the treatment showed a good long-term effect. The computational flow is also provided.Starting from the conception of safety precaution technology, this paper describes the basic means, elements, system composition, and development trend, and introduces the conceptions, standards, systems and development trend of television monitoring-control technology, and discusses the conceptions, compositions, functions and development trend of multimedia monitoring-control technology. It discusses the advantages of wireless video monitoring-control system and puts forward topology chart of system solution scheme and development trend.Multimedia wireless video watch-control system uses H.264 technology. Integrated design of system describes the compositions, functions, the principle of operation and organization scheme of network. In the detailed design of Wireless Network Camera, firstly, it analyzes the properties, advantages and fast movement estimation algorithm. Secondly, it proposes the solution scheme functions and Principle of Operation.The key point shift of multimedia wireless video watch-control system is image communications and image graphical processing. Starting from the conception of them, this paper analyzes detailed the basic function of digital process. Research and simulation of symbol image recognition technique have been completed based on several supervised learning of associative neural networks and the treatment showed a good long-term effect. The computational flow is provided.In this paper, multimedia wireless video watch-control system has many advantages of intelligent security guard system, including that image processing technology, the compressing processing techniques of digital image, upgrade ability, network function and the stability of systems. Multimedia wireless video watch-control system is composed of the wireless network camera, listener, the Yunnan Observatory and protection, decoder, the picture multiplexer, audio/video matrix, the multimedia computer system and so on. In them, the key point of design is wireless network camera.Wireless network camera can capture image and transmits information by IP network. Besides video information, it can also realize the other functions by the same network.
