| Until today the video surveillance has already developed into and been the third generation of network multimedia video with the picture practical intelligence, supported by network, regard compression, transmission, storing and broadcasting of the digital video as the core, analyse and control for the characteristic. Main purpose of this thesis is that research the third generation of network multimedia video surveillance system use principle of key technology, and develop a set of multimedia video surveillance systems of the third generation of network based on intellectual recognition technology of the picture for the nonferrous metals Company of Tongling of Anhui Province.This thesis has told background, purpose and meaning studied in the part of the introduction, and give an introduction to the video compresses, brief to explain the eye and basic thought. In the next part, This thesis have carried on deeper research in stream media technology and analyzed the technological principle of its realization in detail ,then the application in this system of stream media thought has been analysed. This thesis researched the relevant technology of digital pattern recognition in chapter four deeply, provided to its application in the system and give out the experimental result. In chapter five, This thesis give a detail introduction to the design process of the surveillance system designed for the nonferrous metals Company of Tongling of Anhui Province, including the system design goal, the principle and the demand analysis,the software and hardware design of the video server, the mainframe and the client, and has carried on the multianalysis to its concrete realization process, and introduced the system movement effect and the promoted prospect.Finally, this thesis has carried on the summary to the fundamental research and the practice application, and has carried on the forecast on the network video surveillance further research work. |
