FH Newspaper Office Editorial Staff Performance Assessment Optimization Design

In company with the coming of full media era, the traditional newspapering is facingwith different new challenge. How to implement the in-house development strategy throughperformance assessment in the macro-environment which the industry circumstance andbasic pattern already are changed or under changing is one of the challenges faced by eachnewspapering unit.The successful application of strategical performance managementtool--balance score card (BSC) in some newspapering units provides reference for FHnewspaper office to solve its own problem.
