The staff is the basic to ensure the normal operation of the enterprises and government institutions.In order to promote the enthusiasm of the staff,the performance evaluation is one of the important methods.A complete performance evaluation involves many people's participation,including determining the time of the evaluation,defining the indicators of performance evaluation,and evaluating the historical rewards and punishments of staff.The results of performance evaluation are often linked to the year-end bonus and the future promotion.Hence,it is also important for the staff.Meanwhile,by the performance evaluation,enterprises can also find outstanding employees.Therefore,it is important for both the staff and enterprises.After analyzing working status of the performance evaluation of Yes Optoelectronics Co.Ltd.,this thesis finds some problems in the process.(1)It is inconvenient for the staff to consult the standard of performance evaluation.It wastes the time of the staff to find the evaluation standards.(2)The process of staff performance evaluation is tedious,which affects the efficiency of work.(3)The staff performance evaluation is not transparent enough.The publicity of performance evaluation results needs to be improved,which affects the authority of performance evaluation results.In order to solve these problems,this thesis designs and implements of performance evaluation system for staff in Yes Optoelectronics Co.Ltd.This system consists of five modules,including the rewards and punishments management,evaluation rules management,working reports management,evaluation results management and basic information management.The system is based on the B/S architecture,developed by J2 EE and HTML with Oracle database,and combined with the technologies of searching,information summarization and information recommendation.This thesis introduces the requirement analysis,design and implementation of the system.We also test the system with black box testing technology.Finally,we conclude that the system plays an important role in reducing staff's time to find evaluation related materials,improving the working efficiency,and ensuring the fairness of the staff evaluation.
