The Study And Application Of Extreme Programming Refactored Model Based On Requirement Changing Of Information System For SMEs

In the process of information system development,there is a unavoidable problem that is frequent demand change.If we can't control the change effectively,it we take us a lot of troubles. The phenomenon would be very common when the information system is being developed in the medium-sized and small enterprises.Because of the passive frequent demand change, the information system deveopment project is very unsatisfied.Out of time,extra workload and consequent cost increasement unfold before our eyes.This question make people realize that it is the main key that how to positively and effectively deal with the demand change and fomulate a set of demand change management methods.Based on the existing circumstances,at first I review the usual used XP(Extreme Programming) model in the agile methodology in my paper.Some problem has been solved by the method.But in the process of real information system development,much shortcomings has been found using the model.Thus,I propose a new model XPRM-SMED that is suited to the medium-sized and small enterprises.Meantime,the framework structure life cyle and development process of the model has been researched.Futhermore,I draft a set of changing configuration management methods to the development process criterion that is the management and control to the demand with its change out from XPRM-SMEO model. These methods are researched from different aspects like demand tracking,version control and change control based on the problem all the medium-sized and small enterprises always confront.At last,a set of effective methods are produced.Lastly,I introduce a successful case where the mothods has been used.The case is named Research and Development Management System of electronic product.In this case,I reseach all the topics strictly complying with the specification that has been drafted by the change and configuration methods of XPRM-SMED Model.The topics contain the the management and control of the demand with its change in the process of information system development.Finally,I find that it has a very satisfying effect.
