The Design And Implementation Of Logistics Management System In Small And Medium-sized Coal Enterprises

Coal energy has all along occupied an important position in the energy landscape of our country, and coal will still have an irreplaceable position for a long time. However, with the adjustment of strategy of the national energy plan, the coal industry profit margin has decreased, coarse management has been unable to meet the development of the industry, finer management must be implemented. The coal industry’s distribution chain, the procurement of necessities, fuel and other auxiliary materials for coal mining is a very important part of the whole coal operation chain. They are also the key to the transformation and profit generation of the industry. Therefore, coal logistics problems have gradually become the bottleneck for further development of coal industry. Build a modern logistics distribution system, are keys to improving the whole coal industry.This thesis will research the logistics and distribution process of small and medium-sized coal enterprises to identify the defects and limitations of traditional logistics and transportation. Based on actual needs, we will set up a nationwide logistics system for the coal industry based on B/S model. Through the effective use of modern Internet technology, bar code technology, radio frequency technology, GIS system and GPS technology, realize a nationwide coal logistics and distribution system. Effectively improve the coal transportation process to invigorate the small and medium-sized enterprise funds, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.According to the needs, our topics will include six modules: an order management subsystem, storage management subsystem, transportation management system, financial management subsystem, customer management subsystem and system management subsystem.We will first analyze the present situation and development trend of enterprise logistics of foreign and domestic coal. Then analyze the logistics distribution problems, discuss the development strategies of small and medium-sized coal enterprise logistics system based on Web technologies. Then carry on to outline the detailed design and database design of the system according to the software life cycle process, followed by the implementation of the system, showing the source code and the user interface for each functional module. Finally, through testing and regression test, debugging, solving problems in the implementation process, to satisfy the business requirements and design of small and medium-sized coal enterprise logistics and distribution systems.
