Research On Installation Of Library "Muse Document Management Integrated System" And Operation Of Project Scheduling Management

Shandong Vocational College of Industry Library just introduced"Muse Document Management Integrated System,"developed by Dalian Net Information Software Company. As the substitute, the system is superior to VB 6.0 and Lib2.0 either in design concept or design level and improved management level of college in circulation and acquisition and so on.The library of our academy also had ever gathered many failure experience before the installation. For example, sever stagnation, data losing and abnormal lending etc. had appeared during the using process of the past system, the reasons for which were shortcomings of design itself or error in installation and running. Therefore, nobody hoped the similar problems appeared in any stage including installation, operation and usage.The theory related to project management was introduced under the requirement for scheme design of"Muse Document Management Integrated System"adopting project scheduling management measure .The article was written under such background. The whole process that"Muse"system was installed in the project management was analyzed. The application that project schedule planning and control principles and methods were used in the practice process was explained.The paper primarily consists of six parts .The background and significance of the subject were interpreted and the development trend of modern project management was described and summarized in the first part. In the second part the basic theory of project scheduling management was probed and project schedule planning and control were summarized. The project and basic statistics of project environment were introduced. The forth part is the schedule plan of the project, which mainly includes project work breakdown and project time estimation. Estimating the time of activities ,analyzing logic relations of activities and planning the project master schedule. The project schedule control was expatiated in the fifth part. Constructing target system of project schedule, discussing the measures for tracking project schedule, organizing adjustment of project schedule and designing the organizational implementation system of project schedule. Finally, a summation of the paper and the future development trend were suggested.
