Research On The Progress Management Of The Chongqing Higher Education Management Platform

The project progress management is aim to prepare the economic and reasonable schedule according to the project schedule,and to check the implementation of the project schedule.The project progress management,which determines the progress goals,the progress of the preparation of plans and resource supply plan with scientific methods,is an important measure to ensure the project duration on the basis of coordination of quality,cost,and safety goals.During the implementation process,the goal of project is clear,and the limited resources,uncertainties and interference factors.But there are a lot of negative factors,such as limited resources,uncertainties and interference factors.These factors are objective or subjective and determine the change of the project plan.Therefore,the status of implementation of the plan should be known in the course of project schedule and achieved the comparative analysis between the actual situation and plan.When the situation is urgent,it is necessary to take effective measures to ensure the realization of the goals with the expected schedule.The projects of software information system development must follow the objective laws of the progress of the project management and has involved a wide range of technical difficulty.Currently,the management problem of these projects actually is not the technology,but the science and management issues.How to improve the management level of these projects,improve their success rate and provide the software products to meet customer demand on time,is the urgent need to address the problem of many IT enterprises.Under the control of project management processes,identifying the various factors that affect the progress of the development of the information system projects is an effective way to improve the efficiency of information systems development with great theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,the problems in the project progress management of software development are found out and organized based on the case studies,which comes from the information platform development for the higher education management platform in Chongqing,and theoretical arguments with the qualitative and quantitative analysis.Finally,the methods to solve the schedule management problem of software project are proposed.Through the implementation of the project,these methods are shown to have certain guiding role in the theory and practice.
