| With the rapid development of information technology,more and more urban water companies in China are building new smart water platforms.Smart water services typically involve the use of advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things,intelligent sensing,cloud computing,and big data to intelligently manage various water services such as water supply and drainage,and are an important component of smart cities.The construction of smart water projects is a comprehensive and complex project that involves a wide range of hardware,software,new technologies,and multiple manufacturers.To ensure the smooth progress of the project,developing a schedule that conforms to the project and conducting dynamic monitoring and effective control is the key to ensuring the smooth success of the project.In the research process,this article takes the Phase II project of A Company’s Smart Water Platform as an example.By carefully reviewing domestic and foreign literature on progress management and A Company’s archives of the project,combined with the development of W City’s digital economy and the requirements of "intelligent transformation and digital transformation" work,we are also accelerating the construction of Smart Water,and based on the "digital base",achieving integrated management of production,operation,and service,Integrate and form a "smart operation command" terminal.This article adopts project schedule management methods to decompose the construction work of the smart water platform Phase II project,clarify the logical relationship between each sub project,estimate the project’s working time using the PERT method,determine the critical path by drawing a network diagram,calculate the project duration,and dynamically monitor the actual situation and potential problems during construction The potential factors affecting the project schedule were analyzed and the project schedule was optimized and adjusted to ensure timely acceptance of the project.The research in this article provides a theoretical basis for Company A to improve its project schedule management level,and also hopes to have reference value for other cities in China to carry out smart water project construction work. |
