With the speedy development of information technology and its wide use in all categories, the construction of the Army’s information system is also improved. The managing system of the army’s personnel and their wages is an important part of the Army’s information system. It becomes necessary to develop a scientific and efficient managing tool with the support of modern information technology and computer technology. The managing system Of the Army’s’personnel and their wages can free the manager of the Army from routine affairs and make the management more automatic and systematic.According to the basic principle and method of modern information-based management and the current situation and actual needs of military personnel wages management, this subject chooses the B/S system, which uses the Microsoft SQL Server2005as the database platform, the Visual C#2005as the development tools, and establishes personnel wages management system. The system includes system management army department information management、personnel information management、personnel family relations management、 personnel working relations management、attendance management employee evaluation and wages management. The system management module has the functions of users’creation and deletion, password setting and other functions; army department information management module enables the users to add、delete、modify and query the information; personnel information management the family relations management and personnel working relations management embody the effective management of personnel’s basic information; attendance management and employee evaluation primarily realize the comprehensive review of personnel’s work attitudes and performance; wages management is to achieve the wages information’s management, wages payment and report.The effective management to the personnel’s basic information of the system greatly increases the efficiency of the troop’s management work and security, meets the needs of auxiliary decision for the troop’s personnel wages management query for personnel wages management. Meanwhile, with the combination of many factors, the system can make objective and accurate evaluations on personnels, and provide effective basis for the rational use of the personnel.After testing, the system operates stablely and simply, and can meet the needs of army’s personnel wages management, realise army’s personnel wages information management scientification, systematication, standardization and automatication.
