Design And Implementation Of Students Institutions Charging Management System For An University

Nowadays, China's higher education is in sustainable development. The enrollment scale continues to expand. Much more professional, more campus, schooling comprehensive universities have been established continually. As a result, School fee items are increasing and payment methods are growing all the time. All the above increased the difficulties and complexity in students charge management. Repeated calculation wastes a lot of manpower, material resources. So management of student charge has become an important part in the school management. In the era of information—the twenty-first century, how to establish fees management system which is suitable for the development of modern university by using modern tools and means to, is the problem we about to study and solve in the paper. This will play a vital role in the improvement of fees management in colleges and universities.On the basis of deeply research on the current situation of the school fee management system, we design and implement the system. We use VPN technology in the local area network for data transmission to carry out fees management within the LAN and the campus network, including enrollment data management, charge management, user management and other functions.This paper analyzes the present status of fees management, the development and the use of it. And then specific analysis of charge in our university was done to determine the topics. After that, the paper briefs the popular kinds of architectural model and choose C/S model as the system structure and the server and client development tools according to the specific circumstances. Later, the requirements of the charging systems are analyzed, including the overall design; major system function module design which includes system management module, registration management module, charge management module; database design, which gives part of the database table structure and part code; security design, which puts forward some measures for safety operation of security system; the man-machine interface design. Finally, the system software is tested, the process of test is described, and the testing process examples and test results are given. At the end of the article, we evaluate the outlook of this system and look for the direction for further development of charge administration in colleges and universities.The use of this system brings clearer and more convenient charge management process. The implementation of the charging system also greatly improves the efficiency of management fees and save a great deal of manpower and material resources.
