Therefore, to build a secure and credible tuition management information system could improve work efficiency obviously.The target of the system is to build an integrated, technologically advanced, efficient, stable, secure and credible tuition management information system. While providing superior and efficient operation management and business disposal for financial department, it adopts secure and credible modernized disposal and control technology to collect and transmit information betimes, exactly and credibly and construct integrated and credible information management system. It provides comprehensive and timely information and data for students and other department of the school through campus network.The thesis is divided into six parts. The first part introduces the background of the selected topic. The second part explains systematically the main theory and technological foundation. The third part is the systematical analysis and design, including function design, system structure design, the design of logical structure for database and the selection of development environment. The fifth part introduces the test and application of the system. The sixth part is conclusion and anticipation.The system applies three-tie architecture, which connects B/S and C/S. Within the LAN or virtual network of financial section, the operation of students' tuition adopts C/S structure mode. On the basis of campus network, the adaptation of B/S structure id to realize the online consultation of tuition information for student and teacher.
