The management system of book publishing gradually exposed the shortcomings out. In addition, book publishing industry of our country can not but carries on the reform by the reason of the emergence of electronic publication and global book market. In the reform process, the management mode of book-publishing liquid assets is changing. Its goal has already transformed the value-added benefits into liquidity and profitability. This means that the new management mode of book-publishing liquid assets has appeared.Financial management is the core of enterprise management, and liquidity management is one of financial management cores.
