With Lean Production spread continually and deeply in our manufacturing industry,more and more enterprises begin introduce the theory of lean production and methods into their production in order to achieve waste and production costs reduction.SE is an international market-oriented mobile phone manufacturer which set up in 1995.SE took a place in the mobile market base on high quality and low cost of production after set up.But with increasing cost and the rise of the manufacturing sector of ASEAN countries in recent years,SE faces a strong stress in business.SE needs to strengthen its quality advantages and eliminate the disadvantage in the cost of production to win in the fierce competition in domestic and foreign enterprises.Lean Production and Value Stream theory provide a possibility of change for the development of enterprises.With these and base on the status of own production assembly lines,our enterprises can make lots of targeted improvements.And they are the powerful tool for enterprise production to make change.In this paper,we will take BT(board-level test)production assembly lines in SE for an example.Based on the value stream theory,classify the value-added operations part and non-value-added operations part of the assembly line.And does the line process improvement and optimization to reduce non-value-added operations part,and increase value-added ratio of production assembly lines.After analyze the current situation of the assembly line,will focus on productivity and defective products and make targeted improve action.Firstly productivity,productivity means the efficiency of the operator and machine.It is a standard working hour for per unit divide the actual working hours consumed in production.Optimization of productivity is mainly how to reduce actual operator in the production line and increase the efficiency of operator,to increase output per unit time and reduce the waste part of production and consumed manpower for per unit production.Another is defective products.Defective products consist mainly of product scrap and poor product testing.Product scrap control can effectively reduce the waste value in the process.And reducing testing defective product which is increase the first test pass rate can reduce the dead and waste time.Both optimization and improvement about these two factors will significantly improve the added value and can promote the production sector to solve the problem and make standardization operations.Also can reduce production costs and increase economic efficiency of enterprises.Have some reference value for other business who wants to introduce the Lean production improvement.
