Design And Implementation Of Java Web-based Software Production Process Management System

With the extensive utilization of Information Technology in modern society,software application demand is growing continuously.Software system development with efficiency and high quality is the constant goal for software development companies.Currently,most of software project management tools are based on file-sharing spreadsheets.Therefore,the research of establishing advanced and efficient software development process management system has significant importance for software development companies.This thesis introduces the background of software production process management system and the worldwide progress for software project management tools.Meanwhile,the author provides analysis for software production process management used in company and demonstrates expectation for management system and problems addressed by it.By analyzing the requirement of software production process management system,we extract the user cases in the system and complete system modularization and functional design.Based on B/S infrastructure,MVC framework,popular web server side technique(SSM)and client side technique(HTML5+jQuery+Bootstrap),we completed designing and development of all the system modules.The system consists of project information maintenance module,project planning module,project schedule management module,statistics and analysis module.The system implemented project planning,execution,development data collection,real-time statistical analysis and some other management functionalities used in software development process.The software production process management system described in this thesis has been released to production in my company and achieved the expected goals.Development of the system reflects the direction of software development process management:automation,quantitativeness,visualization.The system improves the efficiency of project manager,provides software development activity standardization,work distribution clearance,data collection automation and the development status visualization.
