Research On Knowledge Production Of University Library

After entering the era of knowledge economy, Knowledge is becoming the real capital and primary wealth.At the same time,knowledge production has become the most important and leading part of the production among the productions in human society. University Library as important teaching and research institution, it's behaviors of knowledge production will directly affect the development of university even the whole society. Research on the behaviors of knowledge production of university library has obvious significance on the university informatization and information socialization.The main body has five chapters. The main contents are as follows:Chapterl:By introducing the status of knowledge production which changes in the background of the new era of knowledge economy, making a summary of the problems of knowledge production which exist in university library, to clear the purpose and significance of this thesis;Chapter2:First, introduce the basic concepts related to knowledge production of university library; second, from the definition, main production organization, production characteristics, production results etc, making a deep interpretation of knowledge production of university library;Chapter3:Based on the current status of knowledge production of university librarian, and design a questionnaire which has clear necessities and focus, investigate the influencing factors of knowledge production through the document statistics;Chpater4:Using the main investigation results of the previous chapter, making a deep analysis of the influencing factors of knowledge production exist in university library from librarians conditions organizational environment, external environment, intention of knowledge production, etc;Chpater5:University library measures for further development of knowledge production. Inside, to establish a sound selection, education mechanisms of staff, perfect the assessment mechanism, using the economic man ideological to improve incentive mechanism; external, focusing on the construction of interaction with customers, to improve the behavior of knowledge production of University library.
