In recent years, as the reforming of China's education system, most universities enrollment each year, the school's logistics sector is facing more and more students imformation because of the significant increase of the number of students, if the logistics sector is still using the traditional working patterns as before to manage students'imformation, the task is very heavy。so, in order to simplify the complexity of the work and easy to handle vast data information, to achieve the target of improving the quality and efficiency of the work, the logistics sector of universities must keep up with the times, rational use of information management system, make the work of the logistics sector standardization and information.However, many schools are still using the traditional management approache, it approache work with a large number of manual operations and use paper documents to manage and save information, more modern approache are only using Microsoft Office Excel to record the data information。But,for the universities which have more and more students, those management approache can not grasp the students'information accurately and timely, also can not manage the facilities and equipment of domitory effective。so, with the in-depth of modernization, using information management system to reform the management of student domitory is imperative.Currently, Sichuan Vocational and Technical College has more than 15,000 students in the school, and with the enrollment trends each year, few years ago, it will have more than 20,000 students。With such large number of students, the traditional management approache of the logistics sector is clearly drop behand the development of the college。Therefore, the school's logistics sector and the school's relevant apartment hope to change the traditional management methods with the simply operate and easyly management software, it can improve the efficiency, simplefy the work of staff management, and achieve the standard and scientific management of domitory.Communication with the logistics sector of the Sichuan Vocational and Technical College for many times, I decided to write this paper based on B/S development model and ASP.NET platform, and use the C# development language with SQL Server2000 database to develop the domitory's management system of Sichuan Vocational and Technical College。The system of domitory management of Sichuan Vocational and Technical College is divided into four parts privileges: administrator, staff of logistics sector, leaders and students of school。Administrator of the system maintain the system, and manage the adding and deleting and selecting of the data, and manage the attendence and feats and salary of the workers, and so on; the employees manage the enroll and granduate of the students, and manage the facilities and water and electricity of the domitory and so on; the leader of the school inquary the information of the students; the students of the school focus on the information about themselves。In addition, the system of domitory management of Sichuan Vocational and Technical College realized the function of adding data, deleting data and selecting data etc。The system's main features are user management, students'information management, financial management, human resources management, accommodation management, equipment management, and so on。The design of the system is the table of the database and function modules。Accommodation management is the focus of this system。This system can meet the requirements of the school, it is a stand-alone management system, it can strengthen management of the domitory of the Sichuan Vocational and Technical College, and it is easy to operate.
