Research On Professional Competence's Problem And Strategy Of Computer Student In Higher Vocational School

Rapid development of the computer professional education trained a large number of professionals, which made some contribution to the development of our information society. But it also brings some problems: employers think that the quality of graduates is far away from expeted,professional competence of students is difficult to satisfy the word requirements. Although the computer industry has strong demand for talent, but the computer graduates of higher vocational school have low professional competence, there are many difficulties in the employment.In this paper, I did system research about professional competence of computer professional students in higher vocational school. The paper includes five chapters. Chapter one refers to the background, foreign related research about competence, native related research about computer training, and the significance, main content and methods of the paper. The second chapter describes the theory of professional competence, includes connotation, structure and formation of professional competence. In the third chapter, I did some survey about computer students in part of higher vocational school of Tianjin, according to the survey result, I did analysis about problems and reason. In the fourth chapter, did comparison about computer training model among The United States, India and Japan, summarize the inspirations that advantage the computer training of higher vocational school in our country. In chapter five, some feasible countermeasures are proposed to solve the problems in computer training about professional competence, constructed a professional competence-oriented computer training mode.
