As the main form of online education, virtual learning communities has greatly influenced the way of teaching and learning, more and more the concern of teachers, students and education sectors. Learners have the call in virtual learning community, and knowledge sharing is important content in learning community. However, most of the learning communities, only focus on the improvement of technology, lack of attention to the knowledge sharing, resulting that teaching situation is not optimistic in the virtual learning communities, and the atmosphere of study and exchange is not good. How to solve these problems in the learning community, to improve the atmosphere of learning and exchange in the virtual learning community, we need to improve the ability of the learner's knowledge sharing. To improve the ability of the learner's knowledge-sharing, we need to study the factors affecting knowledge sharing. The paper focuses on the factors of affecting learners'knowledge sharing in virtual learning community.Firstly, on the basis of the domestic and foreign relevant literatures, the first part introduces the background and significance, points out the key is to explore the influence factors of learner's knowledge sharing in virtual learning community. The related concepts are defined. Also, it expounds the research situation of the virtual community, virtual learning community and knowledge sharing. By understanding existing research status, we has been clear about significance and value of research, and have some innovation on the basis of previous studies. The second part describes related content of virtual learning communities and knowledge sharing, mainly including the type, elements, characteristics, mode of organizational activities of virtual learning communities and the process andmeasurement of knowledge sharing. Through analysis knowledge sharing in the virtual learning community, we further clarify the research content, and lay the foundation for research of influence factors. The third part is the theoretical foundation and model construction, describes the theory of knowledge sharing in virtual learning community and constructs a theoretical model basis of these factors, so as to provide design and implementation theoretical basis for further specific research. The theoretical foundation mainly includes theory of planned behavior, information exchange theory and learning motivation theory. The fourth chapter is empirical research. Through questionnaire survey and analysis, it validates the study hypotheses of the paper, and interviews teachers in virtual learning community by interview, to obtain the final research conclusions. It thinks that teachers, information technology and community atmosphere the key factors effecting of virtual learning community knowledge sharing. Improving these aspects, we can arouse the enthusiasm of learners' knowledge sharing, so as to improve the learning effect of the virtual learning community. The fifth chapter is the conclusion and outlook, through this research reach final conclusions. According to these conclusions we propose some construction opinion of the virtual learning community. Finally, we point out the innovation points and limitations, and future research. The fourth chapter is the main content:design and analysis. The first and the second chapter describe the background, present situation and relevant concepts, to have a rough idea for virtual learning communities and knowledge sharing, laying the foundation for further research. The third chapter is the theoretical basis of these studies. Based on the theories, the paper puts forward a factor model. The fourth chapter is the main part.Through the empirical research, the paper study and analysis questionnaire and interview survey. Finally, the paper demonstrates the proposed hypothesis and draws some conclusions. The relationship between the various parts of the paper is gradually progressive. All the parts are interocking and can not be separated.
