Research On Knowledge Sharing Mechanism In Educational Virtual Community

The digital revolution to education brought a profound change,completely changed the education ways and means of knowledge acquisition,the informatization of education effectively promote education quality promotion,to cultivate students'modem quality to become the world common pursuit goal of education.As a professional learning community,educational virtual community has become a basic form of educational information,and more and more attention has been paid to it by many countries.Currently,the construction of educational virtual community has the problem of insufficient research on the main body of knowledge sharing,the community incentive mechanism is unreasonable,the main trust is low,and is not easy to obtain form an shared atmosphere and other issues,which can not meet the needs of the main body of knowledge sharing.In order to solve the above problems,this paper analyzes the operational mechanism of the virtual community by studying the connotation,process and influencing factors of the knowledge sharing in the educational virtual community.Then from the knowledge management process of based on game theory,learning organization theory,incentive theory and trust mechanism theory to construct the educational virtual community knowledge sharing mechanism,proposed the educational virtual community to improve knowledge sharing efficiency of the solution method.The research content mainly includes four parts:Firstly,defining the relevant concepts of knowledge sharing in the educational virtual community,combining the content and process of knowledge sharing and analyzing the mechanism of knowledge sharing,and analyzing the network structure and network characteristics of knowledge sharing,and constructing the knowledge sharing network model of educational virtual community.Based on the process of knowledge sharing in virtual community,the mechanism of knowledge sharing is constructed,and the mechanism of knowledge sharing in virtual community is revealed.Secondly,analyzing and classifying the influencing factors of educational virtual knowledge sharing.On the basis of previous research,through the analysis of education educational virtual community knowledge sharing constitute elements,knowledge sharing process,from knowledge sharing subject,knowledge characteristics and knowledge sharing methods,knowledge sharing environment four aspects of the educational virtual community knowledge sharing influence factor and the corresponding research hypothesis,and the emergence of new problems and problems to be solved in the future are discussed.Thirdly,Design of the educational virtual community operation mechanism,construct the educational virtual community learning network and the lack of trust from the educational virtual community knowledge sharing of the nature of the problem of based on game theory design of community management of knowledge sharing subject incentive mechanism,security mechanism,organization mechanism,cultural mechanism and technical mechanism of trust.The trust mechanism is community subject knowledge sharing willingness of the most direct,the most critical factors that influence,is the conversion of implicit knowledge to explicit knowledge;and the incentive mechanism is driving force for promoting knowledge sharing among community members,is to maintain the virtual community benign sharing the external power;cultural mechanism is helpful to know the general circulation and the formation of a cultural atmosphere conducive to knowledge sharing between subject,in turn to enhance our mutual trust,enhance motivation,increased knowledge of originality,eventually improve the efficiency of knowledge sharing.Fourth,the construction of performance evaluation model of educational virtual community knowledge sharing.Based on the knowledge sharing process,from the body of knowledge,knowledge characteristics and knowledge sharing methods,knowledge sharing environment and knowledge sharing performance,construct the educational virtual community knowledge sharing concept model of evaluation,analysis of the educational virtual community knowledge sharing level and the result is analyzed in depth.On this basis,based on strengthening the educational virtual community knowledge sharing of the construction of organizational culture,the establishment of knowledge sharing incentive mechanism,the construction of educational virtual community knowledge sharing platform,puts forward some countermeasures to improve the educational virtual community knowledge sharing environment.
