With the increasing popularity of the Internet and the increasing scale of Internet users,virtual communities have become an important platform for information exchange.More and more people use virtual communities for information acquisition and information sharing.The virtual community of colleges and universities is a community model based on virtual community.It is specific to the learning and life characteristics of college students.It not only has the social function of the general website,but also students can conduct all-round learning on the virtual community website of colleges and universities.At the same time,the continuous development of computer technology has also accelerated the pace of virtual communities.The increasing popularity of the Internet has also led to an increase in the number of users of virtual communities.The virtual community of colleges and universities has clearly become an important place for students to obtain information,forward information and exchange information.As college virtual communities gradually become a place for information forwarding and information exchange,it is especially important to study the information sharing behavior of college virtual community members.In order to put forward some suggestions for the management of virtual communities in colleges and universities,this paper introduces the theoretical framework of this paper on the basis of reviewing the relevant theories of virtual communities and information sharing in colleges and universities.Therefore,the research results of the predecessors have laid a certain foundation for the research ideas of this paper.I hope this research can enrich the research of virtual communities in colleges and universities.By analyzing the factors affecting the information sharing of college virtual community members,we can understand how virtual community members participate in information sharing,and can clearly determine the various factors affecting information sharing and their impact.Enable community members to more effectively use network technology and network resources to understand the information they need,so that members can more easily find their own needs information and share what they know.I hope that the results of this research can provide some guidance for the development and prosperity of virtual communities in colleges and universities.At the same time,this paper constructs research hypotheses and hypothesis models,and determines the influencing factors of information sharing among college virtual community members.On the basis of summarizing the previous experience and related literature review,and based on the research hypothesis and hypothesis model,this paper determines the influencing factors of the information sharing of virtual community members in colleges and universities,through the questionnaire survey of college virtual communities,and with the help of SPSS.Statistical analysis software,reliability and validity analysis,correlation variable analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed on the recovered 449 questionnaires.The following conclusions are drawn: Firstly,the individual factors affecting the information sharing of members of efficient virtual community have self-efficacy,sharing intention and member satisfaction factors;the community factors affecting the information sharing of virtual community members in colleges and universities have favorable conditions of resources,community identification factors,and communities.Management normative factors;interaction factors affecting information sharing among members of efficient virtual communities include reciprocal factors and trust factors.Then,after multiple regression analysis of the factors affecting the information sharing of college virtual community members,the most influential factors are reciprocal factors,followed by member satisfaction,self-efficacy,sharing intentions,resource advantages and communities.Identity factors,community management normative factors and trust factors.Finally,based on the results of data analysis,this paper proposes management suggestions for promoting the information sharing of college virtual community members according to the characteristics of college virtual communities.
