With the rapid development of information technology, network learning ha s become a common way of l earning, teachers’ training. Virtual learning community is an important place for teachers’ network learning, has become an important way to promote the professional development of teacher s knowledge sharing in virtual learning community. T he devel opment of Virtual Learning Community(referred t o in this article in the middl e school teachers’ professional teachers’ professional development of Virtual Learning Community Knowledge Sharing Research), in what way, what are the characteristic s of the community members, the relationshi p between such issues with large positive signifi cance to promote the middle school teachers’ professi onal development. In thi s study, through the analysis of the examples, t o expl ore the process of t he developmen t of knowledge sharing in virtual learning community of teacher s’ professional, social network analysis on the relationship bet ween the knowl edge sharing influence, is conducive to the improvement of teachers’ professional development of virtual learning c ommunity knowl edge sharing theory, and promote the healthy development of the teachers’ professional development of virtual learning community, to promote the professional development of teachers.Main cont ents of this paper are as follows:The first part, based on the related literature at home and abroad, analyses the research status at home and abroad, combing the related concept s and theoretical basis, to provide clear guidance for the discussion below.The second part, through the research of developme nt of virtual learning community of t eachers’ professional knowl edge sharing of content, including the sharing of basic characteristics of teachers’ professional development, knowledge sharing in the virtual learning community, sharing the stage met hod and sharing process, characteristics and rules of this part reveals the teachers’ professional development of knowl edge sharing in virtual learning community.The third part, analyzing the changes of social network impact on knowledge sharing in the teacher professional devel opment virtual learning community. Pointed out that the measure method of knowledge sharing in virtual learning community of teachers professional development, analysis of the relationship bet ween the level of shared by several indicators of the relationship bet ween the social network and the three period of knowledge, combined with the content analysis of the factor s influencing knowledge sharing.The fourth part, the research draws the conclusion, that there was a positive correlation bet ween the density of knowl edge network and social network community members sharing level, the network group and network group center point penetration point out degree centrality and reciprocity index and knowledge sharing has certain relevance, suggest s t hat the social network of community members have influence on knowledge sharing. On the basis of this, raising strategy of the knowl edge sharing.The innovation of this paper is to study the social network analysis method i s applied to knowledge sharing of the professional development of teacher virtual learning community, focused on the changes of the social net wor k of community members and its influence on knowledge sharing.
