With the popularization of internet, educational information software and hardware resources have fully shared all over the world. How to use these resources to achieve the improvement of the education quality is the ultimate goal of the national education informationalization. In recent years, educational virtual community as one form of online education is favored by the majority of learners. Therefore, how to let the majority of learners to participate in the community actively and voluntarily, to be willing to contribute their knowledge, to realize the depth of knowledge sharing, to have a sense of belonging to the community, and ultimately to achieve the goal of improving the learning quality, is the key to educational virtual community survival and sustainable development and is a research topic worthy of concern in the process of promoting global educational informationalization.As we all know, knowledge is present in the human’s brain, knowledge sharing activities finally occur by the means of the interaction between people. To study how to improve knowledge sharing activities, we need to set out from the person of the body. In recent years, more and more scholars begin to pay attention to the interactive network of social relations between people. Based on social network to analyze the virtual community knowledge sharing has become the new research paradigm.This research is based on the background. In this paper, on the basis of previous studies of knowledge sharing, the author combined the social network theory and the theory of knowledge sharing, adopted social network analysis method, analyzed the network structure of interpersonal relationship in the community, built an educational virtual community knowledge sharing model with the fusion of interpersonal relationship, and finally explored the structure characteristics of knowledge sharing network. The main content of this paper includes the following three aspects:First, the paper puts forward an educational virtual community model of knowledge sharing based the social network. Firstly, the author interprets the knowledge sharing in educational virtual community. Secondly, analyzes the relationship between social network and educational virtual community knowledge sharing activities from the perspective of social network. Finally, analyzes the knowledge sharing process in educational virtual community, builds a knowledge sharing model with the fusion of interpersonal relationship.Then, the author analyzes the mechanism of educational virtual community knowledge sharing. This paper adopts social network analysis method, from the two dimensions of interaction relationship and interaction structure, to analyze the mechanism of educational virtual community knowledge sharing activities. Finally the author summarizes the structure characteristics of educational virtual community knowledge sharing.Finally, through the case of QQ group "Ucinet support", we make the verification of the foregoing analysis. This provides basis for improving the educational virtual community knowledge sharing level.
