The current society is a society of information; educational informationalization becomes an inevitable result in the information society. The essence of education informatization Requests to realize the educational resources and information sharing. With the development of information technology and instructional theory, virtual learning community arises at the historic moment. Across all time zones and regions, interactive, virtualization of the virtual learning community, make itself has become important platform of knowledge sharing. Knowledge sharing for the healthy development of the virtual learning community is very important, which is an important factor that explains virtual learning community vigor. Knowledge sharing is the most important activities of virtual learning community, if have no knowledge sharing, any of the virtual learning community can continue to exist. Although the knowledge sharing is very important, knowledge sharing is not easy to happen in virtual learning community. Most of the community members aim at obtain knowledge, rarely throw light on Knowledge in virtual learning community, and even some members of the virtual learning community are hostile to knowledge sharing. With the high development of information network technology, the situation is more and more common. At present the research results of the knowledge sharing is rich, but rarely on virtual learning community. Along with the development of education informatization, it also has become a key problem that knowledge sharing in virtual learning community.Virtual learning community have their own unique characteristics, Knowledge sharing also has unique characteristics in virtual learning community, therefore on the basis of general knowledge sharing research, in combination with the learning community’s unique environment, analysis the process of knowledge sharing and influencing factors in Virtual learning community. On the basis of literature study, analyze factors that impede virtual learning community members providing and accepting knowledge from three aspects, Knowledge sharing both sides:knowledge sharing motivation, attitude, knowledge sharing ability; environmental aspects: knowledge sharing community culture, knowledge sharing atmosphere, technical factors; the role and behavior of teacher also direct influence knowledge sharing. On the basis of these factors, put forward the strategy of promoting the knowledge sharing in Virtual learning community. There are motivation incentive strategy, attitude incentive strategy, environment incentive strategy and improve virtual learning community members the ability of knowledge sharing strategy. These strategies promote each other and complement each other, work together to promote knowledge sharing activities in the virtual learning community.In order to verify the effectiveness of the strategy, design and implement these strategies in moodle platform, after that analyze knowledge sharing in virtual learning community through the quantitative results, BBS posts content analysis, social network analysis. The analysis results indicate that the interaction degree of the virtual learning community members is high, Community members have a very high enthusiasm to knowledge sharing, but knowledge sharing is in the low level in virtual learning community, mainly concentrated on the comparison of the view. This confirms that proposed strategy can promote the knowledge sharing on certain level, but knowledge sharing quality need for further research and improvement in the virtual learning community.
