In the1990s begin, digital learning in the world have developed rapidly, we enter the eraof educational information. Education virtual communities meet the needs of today’s digitallearning and become the focus of scholars. Comrade Hu Jintao pointed out that we want to builda shared throughout the construction of a harmonious society, and truly build in sharing andsharing in the co-construction. Similarly, shared to build should be throughout the constructionof education virtual community. Educational virtual community, the learner through theplatform to ask questions, recommend a good learning materials, propose innovative ideas andinitiative to help others solve problems and other learning activities, is a key to build acommunity to improve learning performance and shared to build. valuable knowledge ofLearners in the brain shared out through certain forms such as text, pictures, video and othervisual tools, can help solve the problems of others, can improve learning performance can builda shared. In educational virtual communities, the knowledge be shared by learners throughvisualization tools (text, sound, video, animation) rendering, that is the education virtualcommunity explicit knowledge sharing. So, the enthusiasm of Learners to participate explicitknowledge sharing activities in education virtual community is a key to build shared theeducation virtual community. It is a worthy scholars concern how smoothly explicit knowledgesharing in the education virtual community.Thesis mainly based on the "learning science and technology" education virtualcommunity platform in Qufu Normal university2011,2010undergraduate educationaltechnology for the study, Using literature survey, questionnaire method, action research,comparative study, social network analysis method combining a variety of research methods tostudy.The main research content is divided into six parts, The first chapter, on the basis ofreading a lot of literature discusses the research background, significance, research status athome and abroad, as well as the theoretical basis for research, including the constructivistlearning theory, situated cognition theory, blended learning theory, knowledge managementtheory, modern learning theory; The second chapter is parsing the meaning of explicitknowledge sharing in Educational Virtual Community, and discusses the definition, form,process, characterized of the explicit knowledge sharing, the main features of which includemembers of the collaborative, community dynamics, cross-regional, responsibility, flexibility,creativity; The third chapter is Empirical Analysis of Explicit knowledge sharing in education virtual community, By making questionnaire to survey the community members, and the dataobtained were statistically analyzed using SPSS, and draw explicit knowledge sharing ineducation virtual community influencing factors, there are four aspects factors, such as studentfactors, teacher factors, environmental factors, evaluation factors; The fourth chapter is thestrategy of explicit knowledge sharing in Educational Virtual Community,Mainly for the thirdchapter concludes factors put forward the corresponding explicit knowledge sharing strategies;The fifth chapter is strategy implementation and effect analysis about Educational VirtualCommunities explicit knowledge sharing, For the results of strategies put in practice. The sixthchapter is about the conclusion and prospect which mainly includes research conclusion,innovative points and prospect.
