At present, the software and hardware infrastructure of Educational Informationization in education have been spread all through the worldwide. It has become an seriously pursue in the information of education how to effectively improve the pedagogical quality. Currently, online education has become the main form of Educational Informationization, and the Educational Virtual Communication as the form of online education also has attract more and more peoples' attention. Educational Virtual Communication developed relying on the teacher and the students' sharing. Therefore, in terms of Educational Virtual Communication, how to make an active and efficient participation of teachers and students into the community? And improve the quality of education ultimately is the key to Educational Virtual Communication's survival and development, it is also a valuable research topic for the current information technology in education.Based on the issue, we put forward this research, Though the method of empirical and the theoretical research,we made an explore based on the course "Learning Sciences and Learning Technology". First of all, we summarizes the status of research in related fields both home and abroad. Then we pointed out the problems currently and the direction for the future. Though the analysis,we reveals the nature and the characteristics of the knowledge-sharing in Educational Virtual Communication. Based on the activity theory and learning conversation model,we build a Educational Virtual Communication knowledge-sharing activities, system architecture. In order to identify the factors affecting the knowledge-sharing in Educational Virtual Communication, we made an survey on the students who take parted the course of "learning Sciences and Learning Technology", then we proposed some strategies for those factors. we apply it to the undergraduate students',and made an analysis for the effects. At last, we summarized the results for this study, and made a prospects.Though the analysis,we concludes that the interaction between members of the community is the core for knowledge-sharing in Educational Virtual Communication. According to different levels of interaction, knowledge-sharing in Educational Virtual Communication can be divided into data-sharing, resource sharing and concept sharing. Dynamic, environmental, and knowledge factors affect the knowledge-sharing in Educational Virtual Communication. Shared environment, diverse knowledge-sharing tools, full-featured platform,and equal relationship between teachers and students,teachers encouragement they all can improve the levels of knowledge-sharing in Educational Virtual Communication. and then improve the quality of teaching.
