| Purpose:Professor Wei Yuegang uses Xiaoxuan Zhiyang Decoction to treat neurodermatitis and the clinical efficacy is satisfied. In order to determine its exact efficacy and to explore its therapeutic mechanism, the subject objectively evaluates the efficacy of Xiaoxuan Zhiyang Decoction on treating the syndrome of wind-damp-heat accumulating the skin of neurodermatitis with the method of clinical observation, so as to provide clinical basis for TCM treatments of neurodermatitis.Method:All 78 patients are randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group 68 accomplished and 10 missing.33 patients are in the treatment group and given Xiaoxuan Zhiyang Decoction and 35 patients are in the control group and given cetirizine hydrochloride tablets. Afterwards to observe the changes of the lesion and subjective symptom and judge curative effects after four weeks'treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group is 93.9% and the control group is 80.0%. The difference of the efficacy between the two groups is not significant(P>0.05). The change of the symptom and sign before and after treatment of two groups is significantly different (P<0.05), and the improvement of degree and area of lesion of the treatment group is significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The results make it clear that the efficacy of Xiaoxuan Zhiyang Decoction on treating neurodermatitis is significant and the improvement of degree and area of lesion of the treatment group is significantly better than the control group。... |
