Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Liver Depression-induced Neurodermatitis With Combination Of Blood-letting Therapy And Jiaweilongdanxiegan Decoction

Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy,safety and recurrence rate of Jiaweilongdanxiegan Decoction Combined with blood letting puncture therapy in the treatment of neurodermatitis.Methods: According to the principle of randomized controlled grouping,72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group.In the treatment group,36 patients were given oral administration of Jiaweilongdanxiegan Decoction and bloodletting therapy;36 patients in the control group were given oral loratadine tablets and mometasone furoate cream for external use.After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the efficacy and safety of this test were determined by comparing the changes in the patients' self-conscious symptoms and signs before and after treatment.Results:In the course of treatment,5 cases were detached,and finally 67 cases participated in the experiment.Clinical research results showed that 34 patients in the treatment group recovered 8 cases(23.53%),14 cases(41.18%)were markedly effective,9 cases(26.47%)were effective,3 cases(8.8%)were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 91.20%;the control group In 33 cases,5 cases(15.15%)were cured,14 cases(42.42%)were markedly effective,10 cases(30.30%)were effective,4 cases(12.12%)were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 87.88%.Efficacy analysis:The total effective rate:after treatment,the total effective rate was comparable(P>0.05);(2)efficacy index analysis:(1) The differences between the two groups were statistically significant in improving the color of skin lesions,alleviating the accompanying symptoms and improving the degree of skin loss and hypertrophy(P<0.05).(2) After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in improving the morphology of skin lesions,reducing the number of mosses,relieving itching,and reducing the area of skin lesions(P>0.05).(3)Safety analysis: There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group and the control group was 5.88% and 6.06%,respectively,and the difference was not statisticallysignificant(P>0.05).(4)Follow-up analysis: After one month of follow-up after treatment,the recurrence rates of the treatment group and the control group were4.50% and 26.32%,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Jiaweilongdanxiegan Decoction combined with pricking blood therapy in the treatment of liver denervation-type neurodermatitis is safe and effective.It is superior to the control group in improving the skin color,reducing the accompanying symptoms,improving the degree of hypertrophy of the lesions,and reducing the short-term recurrence rate.2.It is feasible and no obvious adverse reaction for the treatment of Liver Depression-induced Neurodermatitis by the combination of Jiaweilongdanxiegan Decoction combined with Blood-letting Therapy.
