Clinical Effect Observation Of Treating Seborrheic Dermatitis (Lung Heat Syndrome) With Sanpi Zhiyang Decoction Based On The Theory Of Lung Heat And White Dust

Objective: By comparing the total score of lesion state and quality of life score of skin disease before and after treatment between the treatment group and the control group,the validity of the theory of lung heat and the clinical efficacy of Sanpi Zhiyang Decoction were verified,so as to better carry forward the academic ideas of famous old Chinese medicine,actively explore the existing theories of Chinese medicine,and provide effective prescriptions for the treatment of this disease Methods: This study will come from Cheng Du University of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital dermatology outpatient service included in the standard of 72 patients with lung hot type head seborrheic dermatit is,randomly divided into two groups according to the group into the order,the treatment group to oral three skin itching soup combined 2% ketone health zun lotion for external use,control group with oral away the wind stops urticant grain joint 2% keton e health zun lotion for external use,two groups of subjects were treated for 4 weeks,and at 2 weeks after 4 weeks treatment,erythematous papules on the patients Itchy skin lesion area of scales Sebum overflow rate,according to the statistical analysis of data,the clinical efficacy was evaluated 。Results:1.After 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of treatment,intra-group comparison was made between the experimental group and the control group,and the lesions area,itching degree,scales,erythema and papule,sebaceous efflux,and skin disease quality of life score of the patients decreased compared with before treatment,with statistical significance(p<0.05).2.After 4 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the area of lesions and erythema papules,and the efficacy of the two groups was similar.(p>0.05)The pruritus,scales and lipid exudation were statistically significant between the two groups(p <0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group.3.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.17%,the total effective rate of the control group was 84.85%,p >0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.4.After 4 weeks of follow-up,4 patients in the control group were cured and 2 patients had relapsed,with a recurrence rate of 50%,while 9 patients in the treatment group were cured and 1 patient had relapsed,with a recurrence rate of 11.11%.There was no stat istical significance between the two groups after examination(p >0.05).Conclusion:(1)After 4 weeks of treatment,for lung heat type seborrheic head dermatitis,oral administration of Sanpi Zhiyang Decoction and oral administration of Xiaofeng Zhiyang Granules,the two groups had the same effect.(2)Sanpi Zhiyang Decoction can significantly improve patients’ head itching,scalp scaly and hair loss symptoms,with no toxic side effects,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.(3)Based on the theoretical guidance of “lung heat can lead to white dandruff in the head”,the empirical prescription Sanpi Zhiyang Decoction was used to treat seborrheic dermatitis in the head.The clinical effect was definite,which indicated that the prescription,medicine and theory were correct.The syndrome of lung heat could be used as a new syndrome to enrich the existing theories and further inherit the academic thoughts and clinical experience of famous old traditional Chinese medicine.
