Clinical Observation On Efficacy Of Treatment Of Circumscribed Neurodermatitis With Bai Bi Ointment

Objective:Through clinical observation, preliminary study of Baibi ointment packet therapy on the efficacy and safety of localized neurodermatitis, for the clinical treatment of neurodermatitis provides new methods of external therapy and medication.Method:70cases of eligible subjects were completely random method (70cases of patients according to treatment sequence number, using SPSS software to generate a random allocation scheme. The random allocation concealment loaded according to sequence coding, seal, non transparent envelope) divided into two groups (the treatment group and the control group).34cases were in treatment group with Baibi ointment packets therapy,1night.36cases, were in control group with Binghuang Fule ointment packets therapy,1night. Patients in the treatment seventh,14days after the consultation, observation of symptoms, the symptoms of the patients change. Analysis of all the data, the results were statistically analyzed by using SPSS17.0, to judge the curative effect.Results:The topic of data after statistical analysis found that the treatment group and the control group two treatment methods are effective for the limitations of neurodermatitis, and quite two groups. The results in the treatment group:2cases recovered,20cases markedly effective, effective4cases, invalid5cases, markedly effective rate was70.97%, the total efficiency of83.87%; control group results:3cases were cured,18cases markedly effective, effective7cases, invalid in6cases, markedly effective rate was61.75%, the total effective rate was82.35%. A significant difference in the overall efficacy of the two groups (p>0.05), the effect of the treatment group is no better than control group. Baibi ointment improve lesion area, the degree of respect moss effective than Binghuangfule ointment. No significant difference of two treatments in the extent of improvement in terms of the pimple. Binghuangfule ointment in the treatment of itching ointment is better than Baibi Mange. The two groups were adverse reactions and mild than safety.Conclusion:1The study concluded Baibi ointment packet therapy in the treatment of neurodermatitis circumscripta has certain curative effect.2Baibi ointment packet treatment of neurodermatitis in treatment, can effectively improve the skin lesions of patients with psoriasis area, degree, especially for the skin lesions of hypertrophic patients, curative effect is more obvious.3Baibi ointment packet therapy in the treatment of neurodermatitis circumscripta, in improving the degree of itching advantage slightly less.4Baibi ointment packet therapy in the treatment of neurodermatitis limited side effects had no significant adverse reactions and, in this study the effect can be sure.
