| Objective:to observe the curative effect and adverse reaction of heart-spleen deficiency of neurodermatitis by Modified Decoction of Guipi,and discussed the mechanism.Method:used the research methods of random control,63patients with heart-spleen deficiency of neurodermatitis were selected and divided into two groups randomly:the treatment group31cases and the control group32cases.They were both external used ointment of Bing Huang Fu Le3times a day. At the same time,the treatment group was given Traditional Chinese Medicine(Gui Pi Tang Jia Jian).And the control group was given Cetirizine (Xi Ke Wei)1Omg QD.4weeks a period of treatment.Results:Four weeks after treatment, Compared with general curative effect of two groups: treatment group30cases, always significant efficiency is50.0%, and the total effective rate was90.0%. control group30cases, always significant efficiency is33.3%, the total effective rate was80.0%, two groups of overall efficacy was statistically insignificant (P>0.05).Compare itching points with Two groups before and after treatment:treatment2weeks after, difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Compare concomitant symptoms with Two groups before and after treatment:treatment4weeks after, difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The control group appeard in2cases adverse reactions, bad rate of6.67%.The treatment group no adverse reaction.Conclusion:The result showed that both the treatment group and control group treat heart-spleen deficiency of neurodermatitis are valid. |
