To Observe The Clinical Effect Of Shuyu Zhiyang Decoction Combined With Fire Needle In The Treatment Of Neurodermatitis

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Shuyu Zhiyang decoction combined with fire needle in the treatment of neurodermatitis.Methods: Now 80 cases of neurodermatitis of liver depression and fire type were divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction(Shuyu Zhiyang Decoction)combined with fire needle therapy,and the control group was treated with Jinchan Zhiyang Capsule Combined with fire needle therapy.The total observation time was 8 weeks.The symptom score and pruritus score of the patients were recorded before treatment,at the end of treatment 4 weeks and at the end of treatment 8 weeks respectively,and the therapeutic effect was analyzed and compared.At the same time,the safety of the two groups were evaluated.Result:1.80 patients were included in this study,40 in the treatment group and40 in the control group,1 in the treatment group and 2 in the control group.After the clinical observation,we can find that:(1)in the treatment group,10 cases were cured,16 cases were effective,12 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective,the total effective rate was 66.67%,and the total effective rate was 97.44%.(2)In the control group,3 cases were cured,11 cases were effective,21 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 36.84%,and the total effective rate was 92.10%.The clinical effect of the two groups was analyzed and compared,P < 0.05,showing the difference between the two groups.2.Before and after treatment,the scores of symptoms and pruritus degree between the two groups were compared(P < 0.05).3.All the patients involved in the clinical observation,excluding 3cases of abscission,the rest 77 cases of ECG,blood cell analysis,urine routine analysis,liver function and renal function laboratory indicators did not show pathological changes.Only one case of adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group,and the adverse reaction rate was only 2.56%.Conclusion:1.Shuyu Zhiyang decoction combined with fire needle can improve the symptom score of neurodermatitis before treatment.2.Shuyu Zhiyang decoction combined with fire needle is an effective and safe method for the treatment of neurodermatitis.
