Observation Of Modified Qingganliaoxuan Decoction Uniting Fire Needle To Treat Circumscribed Neurodermatitis

Objective:Investigating the clinical efficacy of 'Qinggan Liaoxuan Decoction' combined with fire needle for treating localized neurodermatitis(Fire Derived from Stagnation of Liver-QI Type),using objective symptom,subjective symptom and 'fire derived from Stagnation of liver-QI' score as evaluation criterion,observing and analyzing the efficacy from aspects of subjective and objective.Methods:Random grouping method were adopted to divide the 80 cases of neurodermatitis into treatment group and control group equally.38 cases in treatment group were completed,while the control group was 37 cases with totally 5 cases failed in the process of study.In treatment group,'Qinggan Liaoxuan Decoction' combined with fire needle were adopted.In the meantime,'Xiegan Anshen pills' and Ebastine Tablets were used for the treatment in control group.The period of treatment for both group was 8 weeks.Time point of before treatment,1 weeks after the treatment,2 weeks after the treatment,4 weeks after the treatment,6 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment were selected to evaluate and grade the state of the patient both in subjective and objective aspects.In addition,researchers recorded and acquired the statistic data of the improvement in evaluation criterion.Results:1.After 1 weeks of the treatment,the result showed that there was no significant change on the evaluation score of skin lesions.It had no statistically significant(P>0.05)and clinical comparability.After 2 weeks of the treatment,the score of skin lesions appeared significant difference(P<0.05).2.After 4 and 6 weeks of treatment,the comparison result between different group showed that there was significant change on the score of skin lesions,which had statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.11%,which include 5 cured cases,14 markedly effective cases,18 effective cases and 5 ineffective cases.The total effective rate of control group was 81.08%,which include 2 cured cases,7 markedly effective cases,17 effective cases and 14 ineffective cases.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In terms of the evaluation score of skin lesions,skin itch,concomitant symptoms and syndrome of Chinese medicine,the difference between treatment group and control group was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.'Qinggan Liaoxuan Decoction' has great effect on the symptoms like skin lesions and skin itch.Moreover,it can help patients to alleviate the symptoms like skin pigmentation,anxiety and poor sleep.2.The therapy of 'Qinggan Liaoxuan Decoction' combined with fire needle,which is a effective and efficient way to treat localized neurodermatitis.
