Objective: Acupuncture cuanzhu point in patients with cervical vertigo, and acupuncture Sanyinjiao point contrast,observation of cuanzhu point of vertebral-basilar artery hemodynamics for the clinical use of acupuncture cuanzhu point treatment prescribed cervical vertigo provide objective basis.Methods: The clinical study of 48 cases selected were randomly divided into observation group and control group were observed before and after acupuncture in patients with TCD,as shown in the two groups BA,bilateral VA, PICA blood flow velocity changes.And the data were statistically analyzed,whether there are differences between the two groups were observed.Results:Group comparison,the observation group P<0.01,before and after treatment at the observation group were significantly different on cuanzhu point acupuncture can be significantly improved VA,PICA low velocity type and reduced PICA high velocity of blood flow velocity;group comparison,PICA-type low-velocity P<0.01,two groups have significant differences,point out that acupuncture cuanzhu have more significant improvements in PICA-type low-flow velocity of the role of .Conclusion: Acupuncture cuanzhu point out there is a significant improvement in patients with cervical vertigo vertebral - basilar artery hemodynamics role, for clinical use of acupuncture points treatment prescribed cuanzhu point cervical vertigo and expansion cuanzhu point out the scope to provide an objective basis.
