Curative Effect Observation Of Cervical Vertigo Treated By Scalp Acupuncture Combined With Jia Ji Acupoint

Objective : Observing and objectively evaluating the clinical efficacy of scalp acupuncture combined with Jia ji acupoint and cervical Jiaji points in the treatment of cervical vertigo,Analyze and compare the difference in efficacy between the two methods,the mechanism of cervical vertigo treated by acupuncture scalp acupuncture combined with Jia ji acupoint was preliminarily discussed,Provide a theoretical basis for clinical acupuncture treatment of cervical vertigo.Methods:Sixty-six patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the visiting time,with 33 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with scalp acupuncture combined with cervical spine acupuncture,and the control group was treated with Jia ji point,before treatment and after treatment,the cervical vertigo symptoms and function assessment scale(ESCV)and the Chinese version of the Dizziness Disability Rating Scale(DHI)were used for scoring to compare and analyze the dizziness improvement between the two groups.Comprehensive evaluation of the clinical efficacy of scalp acupuncture combined with cervical Jia ji points was did in the treatment of cervical vertigo.Results: 1 Comparison of symptom scores:Cervical Vertigo Symptoms and Functional Assessment Scale(ESCV): After treatment,the difference between the treatment group and the control group in ESCV scale scores was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group improved significantly compared with the control group.After treatment of two groups,the scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than before treatment,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant and both methods were effective.Vertigo Disability Rating Scale(DHI): After treatment,the difference between the two groups of patients in DHI scale scores was statistically significant,P <0.05,the treatment group was better than the control group.The difference of two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant,P <0.05,and both treatments were effective.2 Evaluation of overall efficacy: The total effective rate was 93.75% in the treatment group and 78.13% in the control group,After the rank sum test,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that both were effective,and the overall efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:Scalp acupuncture combined with cervical Jia ji points and Jia ji points alone are effective for the treatment of cervical vertigo,but the scalp acupuncture combined with cervical Jia ji points acupuncture method is significantly better than the simple cervical Jia ji points therapy.The clinical curative effect is exact,and the method is more effective Safety,no serious adverse reactions,can be promoted in the treatment of cervical vertigo.
