Clinical Studies Of Acupuncture Neck Jiaji With Through Needling Treatment Of Cervical Vertigo

Purpose:To discuss the clinical effect and the influence to TCD on cervical vertigo with acupuncture cervical paravertebral matching point through point acupuncture. Acupuncture cervical paravertebral matching point through point acupuncture discussion on the treatment of cervical vertigo mechanism.Method:On the premise that all patients knew the research and agreed to receive it,a randomized controlled and single blind trial was conducted to the patients who met the internalizing and depleting standards. All 66 patients were randomly allocated to two groups,namely the treating group treated by acupuncture cervical paravertebral matching point through point acupuncture and the control group treated by simple acupuncture cervical paravertebral.Each group has 33 patients. It's manipulated once everyday and ten days a course. With one day's rest the second course continued. Before and after treatment at the use of clinical symptoms and functional score,TCD monitoring of the clinical evaluation method to compare the two groups.Result:The extent of the treatment group of vertigo,dizziness frequency,duration, neck and shoulder pain score and other indicators and the control group the degree of dizziness,vertigo frequency,duration,neck and shoulder pain score and other indicators of comparison,significant difference,there is statistical significance(P<0.05).Two groups of headache,daily life and work of score indicators comparison,significant difference,there is statistical significance(P<0.01).Psychological and social adaptability score indicators, the difference was not significant,no statistical significance(P>0.05). Treatment group at cervical vertigo score on than the control group.Two groups of patients compared TCD indicators,acupuncture cervical paravertebral matching point through point acupuncture more significant improvement in vertebral - basilar artery blood flow velocity,the difference significant,there is statistical significance(P<0.05).Treatment group at TCD cervicogenic vertigo improvement is better than the control group.Conclusion:Acupuncture cervical paravertebral matching point through point acupuncture can significantly improve patients with cervical vertigo symptoms,signs and indicators TCD has good clinical efficacy.
