Objective: Acupuncture cuanzhu point in patients with cervical vertigo, andacupuncture jingming point contrast, observe the two points of vertebral-basilar arteryhemodynamics, discuss the differences of the benefit, provide objective basis for theclinical use of acupuncture point treatment prescribed cervical vertigo. Methods: The clinical study of60cases selected were randomly divided into cuanzhugroup and jingming group were observed before and after acupuncture in patients withTCD, as shown in the two groups BA, bilateral VA, PICA blood flow velocity changes. The author analyzes the data statistically and observes whether there are differencesbetween the two groups. Results: Group comparison, the two groups P<0.01,before and after treatment at thetwo groups were significantly different on cuanzhu and jingming points acupuncture canbe significantly improved VA,PICA low velocity type of blood flow velocity; groupcomparison, though two groups have no significant improvement in BA-type high-flow,VA,PICA type low-flow velocity, acupuncture jingming was superior to cuanzhu inBA-type high-flow velocity of the role of.Conclusion: Although Cuanzhu point and Jingming point are at the adjacent positionand belong to the same meridian, their role playing is different. On the aspect of improvingBA-type low-flow velocity in patients with cervical vertigo, Jingming point is superior toCuanzhu point. It is difficult for the two points to replace each other.
