Lean production is a kind of mode of production after the manual mode of production and way of mass production,to the human society and people’s life style has had a huge impact,it originated in Japan’s Toyota motor corp.,after the United States at the Massachusetts institute of technology of scholars of international automobile research and rapidly in the global extension plan organization,continue to grow stronger.Starting with lean thinking and Toyota lean production system,this paper applies lean improvement tools to promote lean production in F company.With the economic globalization and the increasingly intensified competition in domestic and foreign industries,especially the automobile industry is facing a serious decline in the dilemma,it is facing unprecedented pressure in price,quality,cost and other aspects.The practice of lean production by many domestic and foreign enterprises such as Toyota motor has proved that lean production is one of the most important means for modern enterprises to eliminate waste,reduce cost and improve competitiveness.This paper starts with the analysis of the domestic and foreign competitive environment of F company,analyzes the internal and external pressure faced by the company,and points out the necessity of carrying out lean production.Based on the analysis and research of lean production practices at home and abroad and the elaboration of lean thoughts and theories,with reference to the framework of Toyota’s lean production system and the actual situation of the company,the lean production tools were appropriately transformed,and the lean production system framework suitable for F company was established.Conduct systematic research and analysis on specific problems in F company’s production,such as organizational structure,production planning and scheduling mode,technical process,workshop layout,quality management,equipment maintenance and other aspects.Using the advanced mode of lean production,establish a lean production organization structure,push ahead with our plans to pull production mode,reorganize the workshop layout,optimize technology of the bottleneck process,promote and implement total quality management system and total productive maintenance,primarily established F lean production system,and made some improvement,to eliminate some waste in the production and improve the production efficiency,improve the production quality,thus reducing the production cost.Through the research and demonstration of lean production in F company in this paper,it is not only demonstrated that the implementation of lean production can indeed improve the company’s competitive strength,but also has certain reference value for other industries in the implementation of lean production,so it has high theoretical significance and practical reference value.
